Apple Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a passionate,  solution-oriented and qualified business development specialist to be responsible for on-boarding new customers for the Apple Practice at Arkphire. The business development specialist’s responsibilities mainly include developing new Apple managed services and procurement opportunities, maintaining a thorough knowledge of our Apple business and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts with Apple solutions, managing and strengthening client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

To be successful as a business development specialist in the Apple Practice at Arkphire, you should be able to manage and develop your accounts, bring Apple product and Apple managed services solutions to clients in a consultative approach and ensure overall client satisfaction. Ultimately, an outstanding business development specialist should have strong communication, customer service, and account management skills and be highly organized and accomplished at solving problems and closing deals.

Key Deliverables:

  • Achievement of targets and able to work under pressure of targets

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Promote Apple product and Arkphire Apple managed services solutions 

  • Act as an integrated business partner alongside the operations team to offer optimal service for the customer

  • Review existing process to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the existing engagement and service reviews are in line with agreed SLA’s

  • Successfully leverage Apple technical team and third party specialists to progress complex client engagements

  • Drive customer (and Apple Managed Service) profitability

  • Complete ownership of customer relationship

 Education and experience:

  • Be passionate about Apple products and solutions and knowledgeable on the Apple proposition in Enterprise

  • Possess the right attitude and demonstrate aptitude for successful career progression

  • Have suitable experience in a similar role

  • Ability to engage in a professional manner with both internal and external customers  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated with drive & initiative

  • Efficient Planning & organizational skills

  • Comfortable in asking for help and leveraging internal and external resources for progress
