To meet these demands we are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Support Specialist.

We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our expanding Managed Service business. As a Sales Support Administrator you will help our company grow by working with the sales support team by way of providing support to the existing Account Management and New Business Development Teams

As a Sales Support Administrator, you must be organized and efficient. You will be responsible for various administrative duties including procurement for Cloud Services, Software and Hardware, providing customer service, and managing customer licence renewals.

Key Deliverables:

  • Collaborate with difference departments - procurement (Ordering & quoting run rate Hardware & Software for customers) sales (Quotes and orders for account managers) and accounts (Ensuring everything gets billed and invoiced correctly)
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Establishing a good working relationship with our distribution network.
  • Looking after subscription-based software for customers eg Adobe, Office 365 etc
  • Product sourcing, procurement of Software and hardware and vendor management – Dell, HPE, VMware, Fortinet, Veeam etc.
  • Generating quotes and purchase orders
  • Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

 The Ideal candidate will;

  • Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to engage in a professional manner with both internal and external customers 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with drive & initiative
  • Efficient Planning & organizational skill
  • Team player
  • Additional certification in training is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
